Presentation

In French or foreign languages, the guided tour is led by a lecturer.

The guided tour explores the château of Azay-le-Rideau through the following themes:

  • History and architecture "A château in the time of François I".
  • Parks and gardens "From Renaissance garden to landscaped park".
  • Know-how "A monument and its know-how".

Payment at the monument cash desk by credit card, cheque or cash

  • The price of the guided tours is a fixed price for the group, including the entrance ticket.
  • Except in exceptional circumstances, the lecturer's service is valid for a group of no more than 30 people. For groups of 30 or more, a second speaker is required.
